I'm new to proper training — is this too advanced for me?
No. Your programme is built from your starting point. If you're a beginner in the gym but serious about your sport, that's exactly who this is designed for.
How is this different from a generic gym plan?
Generic plans don't account for your sport, your competition schedule, or periodisation. PERFORM 0.1 is built in 12-week cycles with 3 progressive 4-week blocks — including built-in progressions, regressions, and deload phases timed to when you need to perform.
How do I receive my programme?
After sign-up, you complete a short questionnaire. Holly builds your personalised programme within 24 hours and delivers it through the app (downloadable on your phone).
Can I train at home?
Yes. Just select "home only" on the setup form. All you need is a set of dumbbells. Gym-based programmes are also available.
Why is it a 9-month programme?
Real athletic development takes time. 9 months gives you three full 12-week cycles to build a genuine foundation of strength, speed, and performance. Each cycle builds on the last — so by month 9, you're a completely different athlete.
What's the difference between the 12-week block and weekly pricing?
The 12-week block is $247 NZD upfront ($20.58/week). Weekly pricing is $23.99/week NZD with no upfront commitment. Both get you the same programme and support. The block price saves you $40.88 over 12 weeks.
What if I need to cancel?
Email Holly with 7 days notice before your next billing date. You can also check the terms and conditions.
Is each month the same?
No. Your programme is updated every 4 weeks — new exercises, adjusted weights, progression built in based on your check-in feedback. Your meal plan evolves too. It's designed to keep moving you forward.
