Here are some common rules for an
8-Week Shred & Build Challenge to ensure fairness, commitment, and eligibility for prizes:
Challenge Rules
- Commit to the Full 8 Weeks – Participants must follow the provided training and nutrition program throughout the challenge.
- Before & After Photos – Submit clear progress photos at the start and end of the challenge (front, side, and back). These will be used to assess transformations.
- Track Progress – Log workouts, nutrition, and check-ins as required (this could be through an app, spreadsheet, or weekly updates).
- No Extreme Measures – Unhealthy or extreme dieting, dehydration, or unsafe weight loss practices will result in disqualification.
- Prizes Are Based on Overall Transformation – Winners will be chosen based on physical transformation, adherence to the program, and mindset shift, not just weight loss.
- Submission Deadline – Final progress photos and any required reflections/testimonials must be submitted by the set deadline to be eligible for prizes.
- Honesty & Integrity – Any false claims, edited photos, or misleading progress reports will result in disqualification.
- Have Fun & Give It Your All! – This challenge is about building a stronger, healthier version of yourself, so show up, stay committed, and enjoy the process!
